About Agency Nexus and Sourcy
Agency Nexus is built by Sourcy Inc., a Florida company that spends its days inside the kind of agency this software is for. That is the whole reason the product looks the way it does.

Who builds Agency Nexus
Sourcy Inc. is an AI implementation firm founded in 2024 and based in Cape Coral, Florida. It builds and installs AI systems inside four kinds of business: insurance agencies, PEOs, architecture and engineering practices, and construction companies.
The distinction that matters is the word inside. Sourcy's work is done on site, in the client's own workflows, rather than delivered as a remote engagement. That means the people who designed this system have sat at the desk where a certificate request arrives and watched what happens to it.
The company serves Lee, Collier, Charlotte and Sarasota counties and the rest of Florida, and operates in English and Spanish.
Why an AI implementation firm built an AMS
Agency Nexus was not a product idea looking for a market. It came out of doing implementation work in agencies and running into the same wall every time.
The wall is this: you can automate a task inside an agency, but if the book itself is scattered across a management system, a spreadsheet of commissions, a folder of certificates and an inbox of requests, the automation has nothing solid to stand on. Every improvement you build ends up compensating for records that do not know about each other.
That is why this system is organised around one connected record rather than a set of modules, and why the parts that get the most attention — renewal timing, commission reconciliation, keeping a certificate attached to the policy it came from — are the ones that actually consume an agency's week. They are the problems that were in the way.
It is also why the features page describes limits as plainly as capabilities. A firm that has to go back to the same client next month cannot afford to oversell.
The other product
Agency Nexus is one of two products Sourcy builds. The other is Blueprint, project management software for architecture and engineering firms, which keeps clients, drawing sets, permits, proposals, hours and invoices in one project record.
The pattern is the same in both: a vertical the company already works in, and a system built around the record that vertical actually revolves around — a policy in one case, a project in the other. Neither started as a general-purpose tool that was later pointed at an industry.
How the company works
Two things about how the company operates are worth stating because they affect what you get.
- On site, not remote. Implementation happens in the client's office and inside their existing workflow. It is slower than shipping software and it is the reason the product knows what a real book looks like.
- Bilingual. Sourcy works in English and Spanish, which is why this site exists in both. The Agency Nexus application interface itself is in English — the FAQ says so plainly, because finding that out after signing up would be a bad surprise.
Data for Agency Nexus is processed in the United States. What is collected, who controls it and how long it is kept are set out in the Privacy Policy.
